Great Support!

The agent walked me through the things I wanted to get resolved and made me understand Dialpad a little more. Very accommodating and easily understood my concerns. P.S. Sorry to comment on this, but submitting the review is quite challenging (the signing up part). Then I can't delete my Trustpilot account or else my review will get deleted too. Kindly make it easy for us, next time. Thank you.

They fail to mention the exorbitant "fees and taxes" during the sales process.

Be sure to question what the additional fees and taxes will be on your account BEFORE signing up. After giving you a "discount" it is essentially negated by the exorbitant taxes and fees they tack onto your actual invoice. I wish the sales rep was more forthcoming when quoting their pricing.
