We are happy with what Dialpad has to offer.
We are happy with what Dialpad has brought to the table in the VoIP realm. The tech support is relatively helpful at times, but sometimes response time is slow. Overall, we would recommend it.

Not as promised.
I joined uberconference specifically because they held out that you could place outgoing phone calls from within a conference call. This is untrue, as verified by customer service. Very disappointing. SEE www. uberconference .com/features/conference_call_out

Easy to set up and use
Easy to set up and use, audio is consistently good quality. The only issues I've had is when a caller has a bad internet connection which is a connection issue vs. UberConference issue.
