Dialpad has solved a lot of problems for us!
Dialpad has solved a lot of problems for us. We used to have a pretty usual office phone system, which is to say that it was cumbersome, difficult to use, and had a needless reliance on vendors for administration. Dialpad puts all of the settings I need right in my hands, at a lower price, and allowed us to "take the phones with us" wherever we go!

Pretty good, some clients struggle
For the most part, we really like UberConference, but some of our partners have had trouble with it and find it hard to use on their end.

The conference line has always been…
The conference line has always been very clear and uninterrupted. One of the features that we like best is that you do not have to use pin to join the conference line. The new website looks great too. Can payment be made in Canadian currency since we live in Canada and use Canadian Dollars?

Recent software changes took a while to…
Recent software changes took a while to get used to. Conference calling works well, except when they change your phone number effective January 1, notify you on 12/31, and you have meetings already scheduled with the old number on 1/2 !!

Simply the best conferencing software…
Simply the best conferencing software on the market, free or otherwise! As a remote consultant, I've been engaged in hundreds of online meetings and there are always problems with the "big name" competitors. Many of my clients now ask to have me host our meetings on Uberconference. I think that says it all.
