Great Tool!

Since starting this new job and being introduced to DialPad I have been impressed with all of the capabilities it offers. I have come to rely on so many of tools they offer.

Easy to use and record calls

I enjoy using this service because it is easy to use and record calls. The sound quality is good, and of course the price is great! The only downsides: 1) the log in experience--difficult to log in online; I have to log in by phone, and then wait to be connected to my conference line. And 2) you can't send out recordings to participants.

Uberconference is the best but I think…

Uberconference is the best but I think you need to change how only people in Chrome browsers can share. It makes clients not want to go through the hassle of changing browsers just to share a few minutes.

Great software with simple UI

Great software with simple UI, many features available on free plan. Can be slightly confusing with calendar schedule and conference times at first, but does the job overall

Recording quality is pretty good

Recording quality is pretty good. Easy to use, don't get dropout. Automated transcripts are pretty useless.

Great product, almost perfect!

Overall, it is a great and affordable way to hold conference calls and screen sharing with a group. The interface for the meeting is easy to use and makes it easy to mute others who forget they are on a call while doing something else! Only downside I have seen is I, and others, occasionally get kicked out of the meeting or their audio disappears. Can fix but rejoining but it breaks the momentum of the meeting.

Dialpad is great

Dialpad is great when everything works. There are times when calls drop but I usually refresh the page and call back and that works fine. I appreciate how it integrates with Salesforce so I don't have to make my notes twice but on some contacts, it doesn't work and I don't know why. Overall, Dialpad is great when it works.

Easy to use

Easy to use and allows multiple staff to share one department. The voicemail transcripts being sent to emails needs more improvement but being able to listen to the voicemail with just one click is a good thing. Been using it for more than a year and no major complaints so far.
