Got Jun Ferrer on the Chat Help, and he was a SuperStar, got everything done in the least of hassles. Dialpad have good people, which is a pleasure to work with. Other companies, can take me an hour on these Chat Help online Supports for the simplest things.

Their is no free setup support
Their is no free setup support. They refuse to terminate your contract upon request (even though you serve them legally). They lie to you to get you to sign up with features that do not exist and then refuse to terminate your contract. Do NOT trust this company. They are a SCAM! Their reviews are all internal executives that work for the company.
