Overall, I'm satisfied with Dialpad's chat support. They are very responsive, and the wait time is minimal. However, there was one instance where I was asked to wait multiple times and disconnected without receiving a final answer. Eventually, one support representative provided a straightforward answer in just a few minutes, which resolved the issue for me.

Chat Agent Christian was very helpful! I had lost two audio recordings in recent history. He researched it for me. Emailed me the lost audio recordings and informed me that the issue may be in the browser I am using. I am very happy with Dialpad Meetings!!!!

Jansin was great!!!!!!! I was having issues with not being heard during incoming and outgoing calls all of the sudden. Jansin diagnosed and fixed the issue very promptly with easy steps that were clear to follow and understand. We did a dialpad meeting and screenshared to make it even easier while also demonstrating the use of dialpad meetings!
