What do you like best? It's a website, hence, no download of Softwares required. Also, it does not utilize much bandwidth compared to the other conference applications. What do you dislike? Dialpad has been a daily part of my life

Dialpad has been a daily part of my business since I started using it in 2014. I have been able to stay in touch with staff and others using their softphones and services, including UberConference all over the world.

I really enjoy the different ways I can use the services

I really enjoy being able to get and make calls from anywhere and to send and received messages too.

I really like Dialpad

I really like Dialpad. It would be nice if the search capabilities were better and more document types could be sent through messaging. Overall it's a great program.

For the most part Dialpad is an awesome resource, most of the integrations are very helpful with a few minor things that I wish it had I recommend Dialpad to multiple people no matter the size of your business.

I really like Dialpad

I really like Dialpad. I like the option to text or call and the call quality is usually good. The main issues I’ve had is occasional issues with connection while making a call and I would like to have the option to do a video/FaceTime call. I do think the user interface could be better through the app where some steps using the app for calls or texts is a bit clunky, but overall Dialpad has been very helpful.

Very convenient. Usually good call quality unless you have poor internet. Customer service is very responsive. We have used 2 other similar products and came back to Dialpad for ease of use and call quality.
