Amazing all in one platform

Amazing all in one platform. Combines the PBX routing, with regular phones or soft phones, and call center all in one. Where other platforms have the call center and the back office phones and the 2 need to be combined with 2 different vendors, Dial Pad is one platform for everything.

Dialpad has been a daily part of my life

Dialpad has been a daily part of my business since I started using it in 2014. I have been able to stay in touch with staff and others using their softphones and services, including UberConference all over the world.

DIalpad is usually good

DIalpad is usually good - I don't like how it has delays sometimes. It does sometimes really interrupt meetings even with good connections. Other than that, it works well. Great to have group texts on and how you customize said groups.

Using Dialpad for nearly three months.

Using Dialpad for nearly three months. When my company flexed us all to remote work, they fast-tracked our roll out of Dialpad. To this point it has gone flawlessly. I was able to route calls going to my old number to Dialpad easily. Call quality has been excellent.

Love it- keeps track of everything and…

Love it- keeps track of everything and the capability of answering through the laptop while COVID is happening allows us to work from home and never miss a call. It even connects to our headsets so I can talk while working as if I was at the office.
