We love Dialpad
We love Dialpad! Compared to other solutions we have used over the years Dialpad is more flexible, more stable. More feature rich and the app both desktop and mobile are top notch. We are a very small business and rely on phone and messaging integration to service our customers no more where we are and in a well thought out integrated fashion.

Dialpad has been a daily part of my life
Dialpad has been a daily part of my business since I started using it in 2014. I have been able to stay in touch with staff and others using their softphones and services, including UberConference all over the world.

Love it- keeps track of everything and…
Love it- keeps track of everything and the capability of answering through the laptop while COVID is happening allows us to work from home and never miss a call. It even connects to our headsets so I can talk while working as if I was at the office.
