MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

Needs some work but overall good product

Great service and little to no downtime and easy to implement/train users on. We have it integrated through ServiceTitan so a lot of the admin features/settings are not available to us (not sure if that is ServiceTitan or Dialpad). The integration with ServiceTitan could be better or more integrated (again not sure if that's Dialpad or ServiceTitan related or both). Reporting is very cumbersome and not user friendly. We love Dialpad! Compared to other solutions we have used over the years Dialpad is more flexible, more stable. More feature rich and the app both desktop and mobile are top notch. We are a very small business and rely on phone and messaging integration to service our customers no more where we are and in a well thought out integrated fashion.

Amazing all in one platform. Combines the PBX routing, with regular phones or soft phones, and call center all in one. Where other platforms have the call center and the back office phones and the 2 need to be combined with 2 different vendors, Dial Pad is one platform for everything.

Using Dialpad in HVAC..

I work as a service coordinator for an HVAC company and since switching to Dialpad, calls have been much better! The call recording and caller transcript comes in handy when you forget a name or address. I absolutely recommend Dialpad!
