I love it! So helpful for calling and texting.

I have used Dialpad for my SMB needs…

I have used Dialpad for my SMB needs for the last 3 years. Flawlessly provides the business services along with the Caller ID and business name to project a formal business vibe. I use the App on my phone as well S on my PC's to have access to phone calls and texts that are sent to my business Dialpad phone number. I recommend it for one man businesses to multi user businesses to have seamless and affordable business class phone service!

What do you like best? Uber Conference provides high quality conference calling service, I can easily mute a particular user if his voice is not clear, without disrupting the others. I can also add a new participant in between the conversation and this is amazing, not only this but you can put them on hold and to my amaze when I tried this, there was a background music, which made waiting worth, because you do not get bore. What do you like best? I like it to be a very reliable conference tool, it is very easy to configure the access to the data. I like the ability to build contact lists so I can make a single click to invite anyone to the list. It's very nice being able to exchange documents with the other participants. I like you can record and save the conferences in mp3 format. What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like about this tool is the mobile application, since it doesn't work in the same ...

Disappointed

When calling out, no one can hear me. The app will freeze often. Overall its a pain, im grateful to have something to use while working from home but there are so many issues. Hopefully things improve.
