"Fast, free and easy!"

What do you like best? Since all you need to use it is a Chrome plugin, it's really easy to use. Likewise, when you're inviting others to join the call, they only need a link and you're all set! Highly recommend. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything negative, it's a pretty handy software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me connect with others quickly and hassle-free.

Dialpad works exactly as they advertise it to. We use it for our company phone numbers and we've never had one problem. It's easy to use and we are very satisfied with the product.

This allows you to share the number with clients and customers to join a call without the hassle of entering a meeting id or any other information. I tried several soft phones before…

I tried several soft phones before Dialpad and they were so complicated and nothing seemed to work and when I called customer service it just got worse! I have been so extremely happy with Dialpad! Everything about their platform has been different from their competitors, but customer service is the best! Anytime I have a question, they are available, knowledgeable and helpful! BEST system on the market today!!!

Dialpad has made my communication with parents and families so much easier in the years I have used it, and was especially helpful during remote learning this spring. We used to have separate work phones with a separate plan that we used to communicate with parents.
