What do you like best? I like the clarity of the calls, and the reliability of the connections. What do you dislike? I'm not a huge an of the voice that tells you "this call is brought to you by Uberconference" in the beginning. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're working from home and dealing with the COVID situation within the company.

What do you like best? Ease of use - not having long pin or multiple access numbers. What do you dislike? Not international dial in numbers. This service felt pretty average and had all the features that most video conferences have. We paid for the business version but didn't keep our subscription due to its limiting factors. "Sophisticated and so incredibly simple to use for older staff memebrs"

What do you like best? The ability to schedule a call and have Uber conference call all participants at the time of the meeting. What do you dislike? Screen sharing permission on the Mac are a pain on the first onbording. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting everyone on the meetings they need to be without dealing with cumbersome calendars.

Sometimes it is more difficult for less tech-savvy people to get onto uberconference and make themselves sound good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its better audio than Skype. "Don't Make Me Wait All Day!"

What do you like best? Absolutely loved the hold music. The overall platform was also easy to use. The UI was good and the platform didn't seem to have any bugs at all. What do you dislike? There wasn't much that I didn't like about Uberconference when I used it in my previous company. Honestly can't think of 1 thing that I disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to hold virtual meetings with potential prospects and current clients.

What do you like best? We started using Uberconference because it is integrated with our Dialpad phone service. It works reasonably well for a free product, but cannot frankly be relied upon. I would certainly not suggest anyone pay for Uberconference. What do you dislike? Poor audio quality which is really surprising considering that Dialpad tends to have very good audio quality.
