What do you like best? The immediate follow up is the best! After your meeting all participants receive a transcript and summary of the meeting, even including a break down of who talked when, and for how long. Not to mention the on hold music, and geo tagging of participants makes it feel very inclusive and less isolating. What do you like best? It's one of the easiest video conferencing tools I've used to date. Really straightforward UI (user interface) plus great functionality. What do you like best? UC is fairly decent web conferencing tool. It's sleek, easy to use, and I consistently get good connection. All the controls are very simple. There's basically no need to train anyone on how to use it, you can jump in and use it without a problem. What do you dislike? The inability for screen control. In Zoom, for example, I can request mouse control and work on another person's computer (key for a support agent), but UC doesn't have this capability. What problems are ...
