Great for the price, good overall.
We've had a few hiccups with calls dropping, so we still use the virtual meeting program we used before joining Dialpad. However, this is still a great service for the price. We especially love the fun hold music and the other interactive features. Another thing I love is that anyone with a Dialpad account can create a meeting, whereas with the program we primarily use, it's locked to just a few accounts.

I was having issues with forwarding calls to a landline. Dialpad customer service was prompt and responsive.

"Best free video conference site available"
What do you like best? There are four things I like about Uberconference: it is free, you can "dial in" online or via phone, the moderator doesn't need to be present to start a call and you can "see" everyone who's on the call when logged in via computer. Call quality is very high. They also have exceptionally cute hold music. The user interface is very straightforward and my clients always have an easy time connecting. If you are looking for a straight…
If you are looking for a straight forward conference calling solution, for a smaller number of people, this works great! I have not tried using it on a larger scale group, so it may work for that too. But, it has it voice intelligence solution built in to help transcribe the call, an action items list to help to take notes while in the platform so you can focus on the call/video at the same time.

"It a good platform!"
What do you like best? I like the clarity of the calls, and the reliability of the connections. What do you dislike? I'm not a huge an of the voice that tells you "this call is brought to you by Uberconference" in the beginning. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're working from home and dealing with the COVID situation within the company.
