Dial pad has become an integral part of our busienss. It integrates with our SFA tool so it is click and connect, which saves lots of wrong dials. The quality of connection is good. The technical support is very good. The analytics are quite sophisticated and the cost is very reasonable.

Dial pad has become an integral part of our busienss. It integrates with our SFA tool so it is click and connect, which saves lots of wrong dials. The quality of connection is good. The technical support is very good. The analytics are quite sophisticated and the cost is very reasonable.

Completely changed our flow! Amazing system!

DialPad has completely changed the work flow in our office. Phenomenal system. Works seamlessly between computer, mobile, and desk phones. Changing departments, and the flow of calls is so easy. I cringe when I think about using our traditional desk phones before.

WFH with Dialpad

Since working from home, I love how Dialpad is able to push my calls to my mobile phone. It allows me to not miss any work related calls. I really like how when calls are pushed, I have the option to have the call show my own Dialpad number vs. the caller's number. I don't pick up unknown calls on my mobile since most are spam and this feature lets me know it's a work call vs. spam.
