Don't Sign ANYTHING With This Company
On March 26th, 2024 we purchased Dialpad Voice AI Licences for our sales team to use in conjunction with our Salesforce Org. These licenses were provided at $24.50 per month on a month-to-month term. In May of 2024, we upgraded these licenses to the much more expensive ($77/PUPM) Sales Ai License types with a 12-month contract. Sign you up and then go quiet
Sign you up and then go quiet. So many features but once youve signed that document they are too busy or you dont get a reply. Great product, but cant use all the features so waste of money

Impossible to cancel

Jun was extremly helpful and professional. Jun was very helpful in finding the closest solution to the problem I had. Even though Dialpad is not able to have a continuous ring option when transferring customers between team. He was able to help enable a feature which changes the hold music to a ring. A suitable solution.

Worst customer support ever
Worst customer support ever, there are Philippines people who don't even understand what you're talking about and they'll be transferring you to departments. you have to pay extra to talk to a support standard plan, which doesn't even allow you to speak to a support rep, the worst nightmare. F*** dialpad!
