I Almost Lost $12k | Love Customer Support, Hate Your Billing System

I almost lost $12k because of broken billing systems & billing departments. Here's how Dialpad support made it right. I am someone who almost never contacts support, but this time I had to. My account stopped working, over $1 in credit fees. There as a simple oversight and it wouldn't accept any of my other cards. The billing team is ridiculous and was no fault of Jhonard, but Jhonard and their manager fought tooth and nail to help me get this problem solved. Thank you! I will continue ...

Able to reach direct human help at 2:00…

Able to reach direct human help at 2:00 am, new to the program, had many questions, all questions were resolved 100%, and more value on additional features was explained and offered. I was treated professionally and was listened to when I texted. The features of Dialpad and Dialmeeting are of real value to my business. Compared to Zoom and Go To.
