My rep krizia Baysa killed it. Help me out with my account have conflicting user data. This was great first impression. My only complaint is a live team during 9-4pm and then chat. it was so hard to figure out how to get help. Please get rid of having to pay extra for phone support. Small companies need live help too

Phenomenal level of incompetence.

Phenomenal level of incompetence. Currently they are trying to say we have to pay a bill for $9k because they're unable to alter auto generated bills. (Even though it is completely incorrect.) We were told "refunds were ready to go" to repay the overpayment. When we pushed for the refund amounts, they were again wrong. Feels like they're trying to trick us out of money to be honest.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel. This platform may be great for some people it just wasn't for me. My low review is because of the hoops you have to jump through just to cancel your account, they make it purposely difficult so you just give up and they can keep charging you.
