Amazing Customer Support

Dialpad had issues connecting to 049…
Dialpad had issues connecting to 049 numbers in Belgium, which is operator Orange, from our company's Belgium Customer support channel. - My original ticket included ONE OTHER number and the first support person only tested that and said "it is invalid yes. most probably 493, 495, 497, 498 are also not active numbers. I don't see any problem with her account" - Then Nicole W Came through and actually tested this, fixed the issue and made it work! She's a star! This whole ordeal took 4 ...
