International VOIP Services - DIALPAD Makes It Happen!
We had recently tried to set up VOIP service in Canada as we opened a new business there (our HQ is in Australia). Incredibly, 3 other VOIP services had their respective "Reasons" they couldn't do it --- but when I worked with Rob at DialPad --- all that changed. With that in mind, I can unreservedly offer 5 STARS TO ROB AT DIALPAD!

Jona was terrific
Jona was terrific. We ran into a road block trying to solve the issue that had come up. Jona pulled up an existing ticket saying that there was not resolution. As we continued speaking Jona was able to find a work around that solved our problem. She is a terrific asset for Dialpad

Jona went above and beyond!
Jona knew exactly what I needed, communicated with me at each step, offered to touch base with me when he sensed there could be a delay, and even reached out via chat after I said goodbye to let me know he got an answer. And best of all, he was able to solve my problem. Jona rocks!

Outstanding support desk person
Rob was very conscientious and went far beyond what I would expect from a support request at 6:30pm in the evening. Great person to have on support team. I could not remove a license, he not only took care of that, he found another unused license we had been overspending on for months thanks to his help.
