Cara is awesome! Super helpful and informative.
Cara assisted me with removing one of our users phone number, adding it to our reserved pool so nobody will ever user it again and explained the pricing policy to me perfectly. They were a great Service rep and I appreciate all their assistance.

I had a wonderful experience with Cara
I had a wonderful experience with Cara. I was on live chat support yesterday, and the guy was fine, but not overly helpful. I felt like he did the bare minimum. Not only did Cara help me, but she offered to take care of the more difficult things for me. I would love it if she answered my questions all the time!
