Trial Reveals All

I like the freedom that this company offers, however, the navigation is fairly tricky. It's hard to differentiate incoming and outgoing calls, texts, etc. I don't believe it's mobile-friendly. I have the number on my website so ill try to adapt for now. I will say that customer service is always available. That's a pro.

BONUS Necessary

Greg was super helpful with my very complex issue that I was experiencing. I spoke to many people, for a long time, trying to troubleshoot and come up with solutions. Greg has a ton of skill and some luck that I was fortunate to witness. My prayers are so high because the task was so great. P.S - I rarely leave reviews.

Edison was Great!

Edison solved an issue that others at Dialpad couldn't - she was straight to the point in diagnosing what I had going on which was so helpful. I don't like having to go through hoops that I'm sure aren't the issue, and then pretend like it solved my problem. She actually looked piece by piece at what was going on and figured it out. I didn't feel like any of my time was wasted which is often how I feel when I have to use support, thanks a lot Edison

Great customer service!

This is a solution where it seems you should know a little bit before getting on board. That being said, Dialpad support is always on the ball with helping you figure out what you need to do to set things up properly. I would HIGHLY suggest submitting how you want your phone system to work, just to make sure it will work the way you want it to. I've currently switched 3 businesses over to Dialpad and couldn't be happier!

Great chat function, supreme customer service

I used the chat function and was chatting with Nichole. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, did not grow wearied with all the questions I did have, and was very polite. It was a wonderful experience.
