Great online portal

What do you like best? I love the fact that your customers can rate the service they have received from you and make the prospective customers know how good the company is. I especially love the 1-star customers, as they really show you where you need improvement. What do you dislike? I hate the fact that it allows customers who are I - rate to post more than 1 review. So they will bomb the reviews and it does not really have an honest effect on the situation or company. ...

Decent review platform that helps our company with web exposure
What do you like best? The team over at TrustPilot is very helpful with the review generation process. Their UI is very easy to navigate, and reviews were generated quickly. What do you dislike? Their login dashboard could use an update or be able to manage your company from your personal account without multiple logins.
