"Troops is helpful for progressing Opportunities without having to go into Salesforce"
What do you like best about Troops? That Troops lives within Slack. This is helpful because that's where I spend a majority of the day. I value that Troops let's me know certain things like when an accounts renewal is approaching or that a deal has gone x amount of days without activity.
