What do you like best about Troops? I like that troops alerts me to complete sales activity. I especially like the integration with SF and Slack. I love the ability to log calls directly from Slack.

What do you like best about Troops? I love the seamless integration between slack and salesforce. It helps reps stay on top of deals and maintain a healthy salesforce record with up-to-date information. We have a slack channel dedicated to new deals we win and the team loves the memes and real time celebrations. It helps boost morale and support one another.

What do you like best about Troops? Its the most seamless way to update your ops - I live out of slack so getting notified 5 min after calls to not only make sure I don't forget to update the stage but complete meetings to make sure my SDRs get paid.

What do you like best about Troops? The setup is very simple, for starters. The flexibility is great, and if you've ever complained about SFDC load times you'll love the ability to change fields right in Slack. Top notch team, great customer service.

What do you like best about Troops? Setting automated reminders to update salesforce records. We have a sales team that consistently needs reminding and have incentives tied to having data up to date. Troops helped us train repeat offenders by giving them an easier way to receive these alerts, vs using traditional emails. The ability to make updates without navigating from Slack also helps increase productivity within out sales team. Very happy with this product.
