What do you like best about Troops? Troops has made our CRM experience much more approachable for the entire org by surfacing timely information in the right places to the right people. We have several hooks set up that ping various Slack channels when actions happen like a new deal is signed, new account created, closed lost deal status.

What do you like best about Troops? We have alerts for deals won, deals lost, approvals, etc. Our company lives in slack so getting data easily into slack is great.
