What do you like best about Tripleseat? It is so user friendly! Chef's love it, Managers love it as do servers. The updates sent to everyone in the morning prevent the question of is there a party tonight? How many ppl? When? Etc. What do you like best about Tripleseat? The entire can team can see the parties booked. The communication is so flawless and transparent that our guest satisfaction is extremely high. What do you like best about Tripleseat? The Gather website and app have made our party planning and execution a breeze. I thought we had it down before, but Gather took it to another level. The reports make forecasting sales so much simpler. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Gather is very well thought out and is VERY user-friendly. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization, communication.
