What do you like best about Tripleseat? I like the speed. I also like the intra-office messaging details that do not show up on the customers proposal. I like the ease that the menu changes can be made. I also like having a separate financial page. I like the message feature that lets me know email is opened. "This is a great option for clients to be able to reference the details of their event!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The ability to change a quote in a matter of seconds and show the customer as it's changed is pretty cool. We also like the communication aspect... That we can keep all correspondence with a client in one place and don't have to go digging back through emails. The team communication part is pretty useful, too. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather allows me to keep myself organized while providing me with consistent formatting for my entire team. The fact that it logs all email communication between my guest and myself in one place has virtually eliminated any missed email messages. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather makes my life at work so much easier. I use Gather from home, on my cell phone and at work to organize and host events at our establishment. I also really love how I can track how much money I am helping bring into the business by adding payments and tracking them by category, to help myself reach business goals. "Easy-working"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Everything is so accessible and easy too What do you dislike about Tripleseat? No customization with the lead form. This makes it difficult on our guests. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and having everyone have access to Gather takes time off of the busy day to just see what each event needs. We have gotten more inquiries with Gather and have saved time with the automatic documents Gather creates.
