Getting my team through everyday

We use Trello for mostly everything, for tracking internal sprints to customer support tickets. The ability to built simple Kanban boards and using lists and checklists to simplify processes is amazing. I also love their recent changes to the card description UI.

What do you like best about Trello? The friendly UI and the offline mode are very convenient to use and nothing is lost as it automatically uploads your progress when connected to the internet.
