Maybe after I have used it for a year, I can have something here; nothing for now:-) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great User Experience for SaaS customer success
What do you like best? User interface is the best, very contemporary and easy to use. I also like the integration capabilities. I have done lots of customized integration both getting data in and out of Totango. What do you dislike? The report cannot be easily shared with VPs. What do you like best? We learned this tool in a 3-day hands-on configuration session, and I truly feel empowered to continue to optimize and add to what we've created from day one.
