Totango has helped me better manage my accounts performance
What do you like best? I can get ahead of low usage or poor performing accounts and have time to turn it around before it's too late. I get notifications and can easily prioritize my accounts to encourage better optimization. What do you dislike? That Totango notes carry over to Salesforce but notes in Salesforce don't carry over to Totango. After 17 years of having multiple sources I had to go to to get data and pull together some type of analysis on our customers it has been unbelievably advantageous to use a system where everything is brought together in one place. As someone who was previously in the professional conference industry this event was very well produced. What do you like best? I like how Totango is very user friendly. It was just launched a week ago in my company, and we can tell how easy is to use it to manage our accounts. What do you dislike?
