Easy to navigate, straight forward layout.

What do you like best? I've got my scheduled tasks for the day that I don't have to think about too much. I can easy identify my list of accounts for a specific successbloc i.e. renewal, onboarding. What do you like best? What I like best about using Totango is how I can create and customize my accounts in different segments to maximize my time and performance! What do you like best? I like that you can use this tool to check about anything on a account its very user friendly . I feel that it is also a guide to help you with the account and the steps to take , there are many tools in Totango that is very beneficial I like it better than the new sales force. What do you like best? The simplicity of the task/touchpoint feature helps gauge customer health for the whole team. Easy to use and navigate

What do you like best? Ease of use. Visually attractive. I like how updated the information is. What do you dislike? nothing. There is nothing that I currently would change with Totango. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please use and take good notes for each customer What problems are you solving with the product? Still new in Totango, but I see a lot of potential. This can be a powerful tool for my organization

What do you like best? How everything is in one place, I don't have to access 5 or 6 other tools to get the information I'm looking for, it all being pulled into totango and easily accessed. What do you like best? It's super easy to use and has a lot of different functions to use across all areas of the company. What do you dislike?
