"Simple and gets the job done"
What do you like best about Totango? The free version is an excellent way to POC the tool What do you dislike about Totango? I'm being stingy, but the free version could use some free onboarding services... much like what you'd expect from a POC with another software. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Need a single pane view of customer health and how they're all trending.

What do you like best about Totango? I love the ease of keeping account notes on my customers, and the customization offered with segments. Using custom touchpoints has been helpful as well. Keeping track of my CSM team's account coverage has been easier with segment reports. Recently I have been using SuccessFlows to create custom reporting fields for my CSM team which are helpful. "Huuuuuge game changer!"
What do you like best about Totango? The ease of the program is perfect for our everyday use. We can keep track of all of our clients as well as contacts and success plays. What do you dislike about Totango? I have been using Totango for a few months and so far I haven't found anything I dislike. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? I truly enjoy the success plays as well as the ability of the program to keep me updated with tasks.

What do you like best about Totango? My personalised Totango interface was easy to set up - using the extensive knowledge base I was able to set my Onboarding Successbloc up mostly on my own. There are multiple webinar options, available regularly if you need assistance. They are easy to book, at a convenient time, and very insightful.
