"Awesome service in Totango!"

What do you like best about Totango? A lot of features to go along with and no doubt that many organizations use this as the best customer success tool. This software platform helps me to view the tasks appropriately with so many filters. You can personalize the comments for editing or completing the setups. Plus the support to answer your questions is very convenient. What do you dislike about Totango? It can be a bit overwhelming because there is so much you can do with it. What do you like best about Totango? I like that the UX of the rool is very concentrated on metrics/KPIs.
