What do you like best about Totango? I truly would not be able to do my job without Totango. I have 200+ customers that I manage on a day to day basis and it makes my life a lot easier. It reminds me to reach out for specific meeting types, it lets me know when the health of a customer has gone done, I can record my meetings so that I can remind myself of what we talked about last time, etc. It's the best tool! What do you like best about Totango? I enjoy the log of a customer - being able to copy in emails and write yourself internal notes. This is the perfect feature especially when transitioning accounts to others as it can give a good sense of where the customer's sentiments are. What do you dislike about Totango?
