"A must have Customer Success Tool"

What do you like best about Totango? The tool is centred around driving product usage across multiple modules so that customer goals are achieved. The data integration points are great, I was able to sync everything I wanted. The ones I couldn't was because I was not able to get the data out of my own systems. What do you like best about Totango? "Amazing Customer Support"

What do you like best about Totango? There are many ways to get answers on the community portal, weekly office hours, quick support case turnaround. What do you dislike about Totango? Some functionality limitations, for example, the display setting for currency and hierarchy rollups limited to numeric values. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? There is one central place to track customer interactions. We can standardize processes across CSMs.

"Totango is very intuitive, helpful for any SaaS company and not only"

What do you like best about Totango? I like the fact that it is easy to navigate, I love the fact that I can make segments for my BoB, and then I can filter as needed. What I also love is the fact that I once I have the segment I need, I can download it as CSV file. Totango is also great for campaigns. What do you dislike about Totango? "Engagement Driving Success Tool"

What do you like best about Totango? I like how intuitive the system has proven to be and how much it has generated additional client engagement through the campaign functions. I also find that creating specific success flows takes the guesswork out of what CSMs need to do. I have also seen the ability to create additional reports as beneficial. "Totango is a MUST have for your org, and much more intuitive than Gainsight"

What do you like best about Totango? I loved the ability to create custom segments (reports) on the fly and loved how easy the interface was to use. It was super quick and easy to mark customers as renewing or not on the customer's account page.
