"Todoist for all the things"

What do you like best about Todoist? I've tried a lot of PM software. Todoist stuck for me because it was the fastest and most effective in helping me quickly and easily capture tasks from anywhere.

What do you like best about Todoist? I love the Pro feature that allows me to export my projects as a calendar feed. I'm able to see all of my tasks in a list or board view in Todoist. In Google Workspace, I can also see them in my project calendar feed - color-coded to perfection :)

What do you like best about Todoist? You may set up alerts and receive notifications for a selection of pending and essential activities. It is also relatively user-friendly, allowing me to do most of the duties with minimal effort. The user interface is also excellent.

Been using it since September 2015 (Grand Master Karma level)

Been using it since September 2015, almost 6 years and Karma points at 39,153 now. Been my go-to to plan my task's. I was a paid customer for 2 years till they increased the price and had to let go as it got expensive. I made my teammates install and we tracked our immediate support task's here for few years under a business plan and continue now in the free version with what we can. Still, it is good under the free version too.

I used to be incredibly unorganised

I used to be incredibly unorganised, writing meaningless words on scraps of paper, or using various notes apps, and a friend recommended Todoist... and now it's used by everyone at Healthy Stuff! This simple app is on my phone, computer and tablet and is used for those little jobs you'd forget (like to send an email tomorrow) to the big, reoccurring projects that whole teams work on. The best bit is that it's so automated in its thinking. If I type 'Every Friday', or 'by Wednesday' or 'in ...

What do you like best about Todoist? "For our basic needs of ensuring our weekly tasks were being taken care of this was a great tool. For anything more than that you will need a more sophisticated app." simple things like seeing completed to-dos aren't available unless you pay, so consider the free tier to be VERY limited.

What do you like best about Todoist? The best I like about Todoist is that it is straightforward to manage. I love the colors they are using. You can easily group tasks and see all tasks by date in the calendar

What do you like best about Todoist? The ability to break up tasks specific to your preferences, depending on the size of work, and subtasks within tasks is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about Todoist? Natural language input allows me to get things out of my head or from a meeting into a system where I will revisit it. I also like the way it helps me plan my day and prioritize tasks.
