What do you like best about Todoist? The speed at which data can be entered (captured), the flexibility (labels, colors, etc) and it's compatibility with the best time management practices such as GTD.

What do you like best about Todoist? ToDoist is so simple, clean, and easy to use! The ability to input natural text that automatically translates to due dates & priority is a lifesaver-- it makes entering to do items quick and thoughtless. I am a huge fan of how many features come with even the free version.

Easiest task organiser out there.

A great task organiser app. Cheap, reliable and easy to use. If you are looking for a way to organise your projects easily for all your team todoist is for you! - easy to use - intuituve ui/ux - cheap pricing - can be installed direclty on your computer - versatile Less functionnality than some other provider our there but who cares? Most of these are not of use anyway. In short, i love it!

The best part about Todoist is the near real-time sync across devices since I often need to switch between devices very fast and get mad if what I typed on my computer does not reflect on my phone. It's straightforward to create projects, labels, and tasks across the board and list views, allowing me to structure my professional tasks and chores under various sections/headings separately, much more easily compared to other apps. What do you like best about Todoist? I love that I can sync different tasks and reminders on desktop and mobile and my Google Calendar. I use it mainly to remind me of recurring payments for subscriptions and other bills. It is my assistant, so I never forget any subscriptions and get nasty surprises and failed charges. What do you like best about Todoist? The thing that drew me to Todoist first was its natural language dates. After starting to use it, though, I found it just so easy to break big projects down into manageable tasks and then get those tasks done day after day.
