Unreliable, full of bugs and half baked features + Bad support.

I am using Todoist for a number of years and is becoming more and more unreliable with many unfixed bugs. Really so many bugs and the worst of all is that nobody fixes them even though they close the raised tickets! Although the customer support responds relatively in an ok timeframe, there is usually no successful resolution of the issues raised. Best task tracker I have found

What do you like best? Todoist is easy to adapt, helps me remember tasks and organize my work. I have tried many programs but this has stuck with me and I have stayed with it. What do you dislike? Very little to not like. Integrates easily with other tools that I use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? People tend to post reviews when they're unhappy. I just did, for another company. Then I got to thinking I should review a product that has been great for me.The first that came to mind is Todoist. I have used it for a couple years as a paying customer for my work and it has been excellent.
