Todoist is a task management tool built for both personal and professional use. Its core strengths are natural language input (type "call mom Friday at 2pm" and it parses the task and date), smart date recognition, cross-platform sync, and priority levels. The interface is straightforward—no steep learning curve. Before committing, verify in a demo that the free ...Read more

A Simple To-Do App With Robust Features
What do you like best? I've used a lot of tasks apps in the past (Wunderlist, Any.do) and Todoist is flat-out the best I've ever used. It's very easy to set up and get going, and once you're through that process adding your tasks is seamless. The app is designed to get out of your way and it does that wonderfully. What do you dislike? The app is not compatible with Google Calendar, which makes separating your tasks from your calendar a little tedious. Not a deal-breaker but I'd love ...

The Premium Todo app you need
What do you like best? My favorite thing about todoist is it's amazing intuitive typing feature. It has machine learning technology so that is you type it automatically can properly schedule the todo. What do you dislike? I do feel like there is a bit of a learning curb and once you get there you're always sort of tweaking that sometimes you can gets lost in how to get the workflow setup that you don't actually use it as much as you'd like. What problems are you solving with ...

Intuitive product, quick to implement
What do you like best? What I love about Todoist is how easy it is to organize all my to-dos and tasks for a day and where they fall on my list of priorities. I love being able to quickly jot things down as I'm running from meeting to meeting and integrate it into my Outlook so I get reminders if something slips. Having the option to make something occur weekly has also helped me remember things that sometimes I can let fall in the back of my mind. I've been able to track my progress on ...

ToDoist is my everyday go-to to maintain my productivity and keep my head empty from worries.
What do you like best? I like that ToDoist is different from other todoist apps since it provides easily managable to-do lists, which can be ordered into categories and sub-categories, easily rescheduled, and customized with colours, dates, labels, and categories by hand or by special commends while typing the task: well designed to be quick in use! What do you dislike? Personally, it does not offer more sub-categories than 3 or 4. I wish it were possible to have more ...

Experience with Todoist
What do you like best? Todoist helps you to create an outline of your week by allowing you to add tasks for the upcoming 7 days. I like the feature where it shows you which tasks are overdue, and that you can create different labels for different projects. It helps to keep everything organized. What do you dislike? The downside of Todoist is that tasks can only be sorted according to date but there are no time breakdowns. Moreover, some features are exclusive to Premium users, which ...

Simplify your life.
What do you like best? Simplicity. Todoist works the way you think it should work. You can create projects, set tags, and if you want you can go very deep in customizing how you report or display your tasks. What do you dislike? Learning the markup took some getting used to. But it's like learning how to copy and paste with a keyboard, once you learn it it becomes very natural. Recommendations to others considering the product: Todoist is simple, but provides just enough to ...
