Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Todoist is a task management tool built for both personal and professional use. Its core strengths are natural language input (type "call mom Friday at 2pm" and it parses the task and date), smart date recognition, cross-platform sync, and priority levels. The interface is straightforward—no steep learning curve. Before committing, verify in a demo that the free ...Read more

Daily activity manager.
What do you like best? Absolutely everything the UI is fantastic, feature set is almost complete, intergration and API are nicely done and the pricing is friendly. What do you dislike? Lack if duration of tasks no way to set start and end time to task. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good software schedules reminders not only for particular dates and time but for when you enter particular areas. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Life, organized
What do you like best? slick UI. Easy, intuitive access to all things you want to do with a to-do list. Mobile & Desktop! I log EVERYTHING in this. What do you dislike? I think there's a bug that sometimes stops me from adding too many to-dos. But it's inconsistent. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. There are many to-do lists out there, but this one is the best. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Easy to assign tasks to multiple team members.
What do you like best? I am able to assign tasks to multiple team members. I can add lengthy notes to each task. This enables me to save time from having to contact them by phone to explain things. The list created becomes an agenda for meetings or calls. It is easy to create new projects and team members that tasks can be assigned to. What do you dislike? I wish I could move due dates to a new date or team member by a bulk method. Recommendations to others considering the ...

I *heart* Todoist
What do you like best? The reminders are my fav feature. The date association is close second What do you dislike? I really don't have anything I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for a todo list when I don't have my paper todo list with me.

Great way of managing your to do list and personal projects
What do you like best? Todoist is a brilliant way of tracking your whole to do list. It is very flexible, with the ability to organise tasks into projects and using a series of tags. Deadlines and reminders can be included, with a smart schedule function if you don't get things completed on time! It can be accessed via phone & iPad as well as online, so it's very flexible. Tasks can be added directly from gmail, using the chrome app, so you can keep track of emails. Finally, it ...

Excellent housekeeping tool
What do you like best? Started using Todoist as in a business where most of us work remotely, it's important we all understand where we're all currently at and what tasks are still to be completed. It's great to be able to keep a running log of active tasks (especially when many of us work part time hours), as well as be able to delegate with ease. What do you dislike? Could have a few more features available. Reasonably sparse and little functionality outside a to do list. Yes, ...

Todoist is user friendly
What do you like best? Todoist is very user friendly and easy to use. I can schedule out my sales calls with it and anything else I would have to do. Honestly, the main reason I use it is it looks a lot cooler than all the other to-do lists and is free. What do you dislike? Nothing. I like Todoist and can't think of anything it's missing. There are probably things that would make it better, but i'm just not great at thinking about that type of thing. Sorry. What problems are ...

The easy way to keep your life on task.
What do you like best? It has got nearly all the features you can ask from a task management service. Also, integrations is a strong point of Todoist. It has a two way Google Calendar sync, also integrates well with Zapier. What do you dislike? Everything is going well however, I'm not able to see what I've checked off in the free version. Sometimes a task will get accidentally bumped and marked as done on my phone, and I have no way of going back to retrieve what it was without ...

The best to do list app!
What do you like best? Todoist is super easy to use with lots of great features. It's available on almost every platform and always quick and easy to navigate. They have excellent support as well with quick and helpful answers. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike currently. Recommendations to others considering the product: Most of Todoist is free, so it's worth just signing up and checking out first. You can then decide later if you'd like to ...

Easy to use, looks great, and FREE.
What do you like best? I like how Todoist offers different colors for your background. I like the black one the best, it has a sleek design. I also like how Todoist lets you put a date to the things you schedule to do as either today, tomorrow or next week. Lastly, I love how it's free to use! What do you dislike? I can't think of anything bad about Todoist. If I had something they could improve it would be to add an option to schedule a task for a certain calendar date; however, ...
