Great software, awful support

Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least.
