Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Todoist is a task management tool built for both personal and professional use. Its core strengths are natural language input (type "call mom Friday at 2pm" and it parses the task and date), smart date recognition, cross-platform sync, and priority levels. The interface is straightforward—no steep learning curve. Before committing, verify in a demo that the free ...Read more
Todoist pros and cons
Clean interface that works for users at all skill levels, from beginners to power users.
Syncs across desktop, mobile, and browser in real time.
Natural language processing supports quick task entry, date recognition, and scheduling.
Supports color-coding, labels, subtasks, recurring tasks, and reminders for task organization and prioritization.
Lacks advanced features available in competitors, including Kanban board views.
Keyboard shortcuts and natural language input have a learning curve for new users.

Todoist Planning time
What do you like best? Todoist's UX/UI is the greatest strength of yours. The entire screen is quite stylish and invites you to play with it. The drag and drop functionality is incredibly intuitive. Which means you are able to very easily find the features you need. I thought about it a lot of times, but then I realized that Todoist created X and that the functions of the X already exist. The filtered perspective is a great illustration of this particular realization. What do you ...

Check List
What do you like best? The clear interface and convenient features make Todoist the ideal device to help you and the staff of yours. I love being in a position to group things by task, label and manage them in order of priority. The performance assessment is a great indication of whether things are constantly removed. What do you dislike? I do not like that the calendar is not directly integrated and that way the weekly jobs are actually presented spatially rather than linearly. ...

Revolutionized My Workflow
What do you like best? I love the ability to prioritize and date my tasks. When a task comes in (next steps after a call with a client, during/after a meeting or 1:1), I immediately can create it, prioritize it, and assign it to myself on a day when it makes the most sense. Because I can see how many tasks I assign myself on a given day, I can spread out my workload so that I get things done without overwhelming myself. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have follow up tasks - I want ...

Todoist helps me be productive
What do you like best? Because of Todoist I could readily see and set up all my steps based on the projects of mine. You are able to assign the effort to various other staff members, such as the boss of yours. It is also simple to move a job simply to the next day. And the user interface is also extremely contemporary and streamlined - I love the layout. What do you dislike? I couldn't dream of anything else! It is not difficult to follow user comments that have been discussed. ...

Todoist
What do you like best? VERY comprehensive and inspiring. It's this karmic device that you receive every time you do a task, which means you are able to achieve a level and get a lot more determined to follow your daily lens. The task sign works properly and the software adapts very well to the designated language among all platforms, it's designs, categories, labels, and filters. It is the best performance application for me. What do you dislike? Sometimes the info you enter on the ...

fantastic to-do app
What do you like best? ability to collaborate with others on tasks and create multiple projects What do you dislike? can't write a lot of stuff as sub-tasks or comments. doesn't let you create any dependencies on tasks and show progress. I wouldn't recommend it for use in a business setting. Recommendations to others considering the product: I got a lot out of it without needing to go to premium What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Todoist
What do you like best? Todoist made it so much easier for me not only to keep track of what I have to do every week, but also to keep track of when I get paid for every project, and that is even if those remote meetings are sheduled. I do like using filters for programs, customers and so on. What do you dislike? I think a more systematic approach is needed to delegate and execute tasks to individuals in a group. Deleting the task of a individual within the community ...

Todoist
What do you like best? I love this way of separating mine's private life from my job, as ToDoist makes it possible to set goals, so it's super easy to submit. Additionally, I want to be reminded if a task is going to get hard, there's just no alignment of Calendar on the Mac. What do you dislike? It's always difficult to see the entire features as well as the organizational rundown of the project. Recommendations to others considering the product: The use of the app that ...

Great software
What do you like best? I like all the options which Todoist offers. I can connect Todoist to Google Calendar, that way. I don't have clientele on every site and I don't want the old Android screen alone. What do you dislike? It's also hard to build a list and I think there's one thing that's good about it. I look at my everyday job and plan things I need to do right away, use them to do things I need to do in seven days, recall events / sessions, etc. Recommendations to others ...
