The interface is straightforward—no steep learning curve. Before committing, verify in a demo that the free ...Read more

Get To-Do Lists Done!

What do you like best? I love that ToDoIst is built for productivity. The checklist is the nature of the software. I LOVE that I can copy a list of tasks and past them into ToDoIst and copies each line into its own check line. ToDoIst is also equipped with the ability to indent a task and make it a sub item of another, I can schedule tasks, I can make a task recurring like shopping for eggs or protein powder. The other simple but amazing thing about the software is that you can log in ...

What do you like best? I am using smartphone and work-pcs and many devices, but todoist making it much easier for someone like me to connect them to that same list while I operate from anywhere else. Works well, very simple

What do you like best? I like the simplicity, and the simple layout. It's very easy to read and understand at a glance. What do you dislike? Sometimes simple can be too simple. I wish it had more features, like email integration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of a busy workday with lots of competing time demands.

Good application for personal work management

What do you like best? You can add reminders and get notified about various upcoming and urgent tasks. It is also very user-friendly and help me manage most of the tasks very easily. The UI is also great. As a package it is very good and pretty lets you do any modifications to your tasks. What do you dislike? Well see it as a good task management app but I don't find it different from the other such applications. There isn't feature that makes it stand out! What problems are ...

Great quick to do list and task manager

What do you like best? I like how it syncs across all the various client applications. Build the list in your computer and have it in the mobile app as you go. I like the way it breaks down into folders, and makes it easy to organize your notes/to do's What do you dislike? I stopped using it because I needed something that was more project management focused. I switched over to Asana personally. Doesn't take anything away from what todoist does, and does well. What problems ...

Simple and Effective Task Manager

What do you like best? Very simple and easy to use. The interface is clean and straightforward. Is cross-platform for pretty much everything I use, which makes it particularly useful. Does what I need easily and efficiently. The integrations with Google and Outlook (Windows 10) are not very clean. There are supposedly plugin improvements coming, but they have been promised for a while and have yet to materialize. What do you dislike? Perhaps not as feature rich as other options, ...

Todoist Helps Organize Brainpower

What do you like best? I really enjoy using Todoist because it helps organize the ever-flowing river of my brain's checklist! As an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, there are so many hats to wear, and some can fly off if not written down in a timely and organized way. I think Todoist is a great way to keep our small team on the ball and it's pretty intuitive to use, so the implementation time isn't terribly long. What do you dislike? I'm not completely convinced ...

Todoist

What do you like best? For me, the 2 major features are design and models. Templates are developed especially for lists produced by communities or experts. I love them since I never thought you will be in a position to innovate with an easy job list. They're clear and I believe it is an excellent beginning for a tiny task. I used to have just an exhaustive job list in 1 day. But with the task, I began organizing items by category. It is easier to deal with. What do you dislike? ...
