"User friendly experience"

What do you like best? Toast is user friendly and easy to learn, at least for what I use it for. I am a server so I use it for taking orders and cashing customers out, not managerial tasks.

Best POS I have used

Toast has been so easy to work with and use. The interface from both front and back of house is clear, streamlined, and simple to navigate. Creating new menu items or discounts can be done easily on my own. Service is faster with the handhelds, as items can be sent before the server ever leaves the table. Servers get more tips with the automatic tip calculation. Even with a few small counter intuitive things, it is very easy to fix things and make the customers happy.
