Love the Toast Online Ordering
Love the Toast Online Ordering! It allows a small business to appear tech savvy to our customers & it is very easy to use. Making menu, price or Specials changes is simple and we love that sometimes we can toggle the system off too. Customers like to see menus online before going to restaurant these days & with Toast they can even see our photos.

I feel like I’m still being charged for…
I feel like I’m still being charged for a device that was destroyed and I haven’t been using for a year and a half and I feel like the online sale of gift certificates is not smooth and there’s no guidance on how to make it that way I also feel that the credit card fees that I’m locked into even after negotiating one time or not at the competitors rate

insufficient responsiveness to phone…
insufficient responsiveness to phone call and email inquiries. Errors in the payroll processing. Scheduler tool is subpar. Standard government labor posters not provided complimentary (all other payroll companies do provide them).
