IHAVE BEEN IN CONTACT W TOAST REGARDING THIER ON LINE ORDERING. WHEN YOUR ON LINE ORDERING IS SHUT OFF YOUR WEBSITE READS THAT WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS. I\IT IS VERY DECIEVING TO CUSTOMERS SINCE IT DOESN'T SAY ON LINE ORDERING ONLY IT APPEARS THAT ALL ORDERING IS SHUT OFF. BEEN IN CONTACT W THEM SINCE OCTOBER REGARDING THIS MATTER AND TO MY KNFOWLEDGE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

Online ordering doesn’t work for us

Online ordering doesn’t work for us. Price scheduling for daily specials does not work. We asked on the demo if Toast was capable of that, of course we were told yes. We were also told that we could have a delivery schedule set up, but that’s not so either. We have to manually turn on or off the delivery option. We are not using the online ordering platform, it just isn’t capable of what we need. We can’t get the charge taken off of our bill though. Even though Toast is obviously the party ...

After 4 years of using Quickbooks…

After 4 years of using Quickbooks payroll, I decided to make the switch to Toast Payroll. I love the fact that Toast and Toast Payroll "talk" to each other and all of my employees and reports are in one easy location. While I'm still getting used to the system, I don't stress over it because of the Toast Customer Support! Restaurants are forced to make a choice with the structure of the menu and the way in which modifiers work: Ease of use of the server entering the order, or ease of use of the customer.
