Excellent all in one platform

Excellent all in one platform. you would be a fool and a dipshit to go with anything else - we researched 7 service POS providers, Toast only one with seamless integration!

Been in business 40 years and my wife…

Been in business 40 years and my wife and I own two restaurants and two bakeries. Choosing Toast is the best decision I’ve made in 10 years (maybe longer). Excellent product. Superb support. Zero complaints. I dare you to find a user who doesn’t like it.

One of our monitors went down and I had to call toast for help . The gentleman stayed right with me the whole time until we got it going . Thanks toast .

The alerts not disappearing after the…

The alerts not disappearing after the check is closed is annoying. Makes kitchen think they are not getting the tickets. Also the time set on the to go orders is hard for some guests.

Still a few hiccups, but after our first few months, payroll has mostly hit the mark. It doesn't simplify the process as much as I was anticipating, but it does help streamline the data from Toast POS which does save time,

My transition to Toast was excellent

My transition to Toast was excellent. My business came from an old school cash register to this amazing POS system. The only things that would have made this a 5 star experience would have been a much better menu building process along with more training prior to going live.
