Love the Toast Online Ordering
Love the Toast Online Ordering! It allows a small business to appear tech savvy to our customers & it is very easy to use. Making menu, price or Specials changes is simple and we love that sometimes we can toggle the system off too. Customers like to see menus online before going to restaurant these days & with Toast they can even see our photos.

Our First Payroll
The system is hard to use and they don’t verify bank accounts before sending direct deposits. They give you the impression that everything is ready to go on your account when it is far from it. Then you have to lay out quite a bit more funds to cover additional payroll while they try to retrieve your funds from unverified bad bank accounts. They also don’t relay what HR compliance you are registered for even though you ask multiple times.
