Love Toast

I love the system and all that it offers. I rely on the system to give me up to the minute data on our daily operations. I’m frustrated with some components of the system and will be contacting Toast in the next couple days to get better insight on the components that I’m unfamiliar with. One area that I struggle with is the chat area of Toast Central/Support. When it’s crazy busy, I don’t have time to chat with someone, and prefer to actually talk to a person. Been in the restaurant business for…40 years

Been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. At Il Molo we have replaced our POS from micros to Toast and our other location Victory Point from posi to Toast it was the best decision that we made. Very easy for the servers to learn or accountants have access to any reports. Paula Carbeou, and her team are always checking to make sure we are satisfied with the product and the service

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. For the last 4 years I have had nothing but great customer service from the all the people of toast. Further more the system is easy to work and very user friendly. The price is excellent compared to all the other systems .

Failed to pay taxes on time

We discovered Toast Payroll failed to pay our December state withholding tax on time and when we called support, there was nobody we could speak with immediately. No cool.
