Working with a new product was challenging as the process was unclear and frustrating as the team didn't seem to know what should be happening and when. That said some of the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Sure it will work much better when the kinks are worked out.

I like it
Everything functions well. And it's easy to use. My only issue is customers regularly make nonsensical edits, and attempt to comment things into the order instead of adding items to avoid being charged

Too difficult to manage from the POS
Too difficult to manage from the POS. Customers have multiple cards - loyalty and then receive gift cards and want to blend them. Impossible to do from POS. "I have to go upstairs and do it on my desktop" is my repsonse. Create managment from the tablet by letting us slide the card(s) (instead of typing in the number(s)) so we can easily help our customers.
